A North Texas Landmark, Reimagined

The building that now houses The Historic Lancaster Theatre has lived many lives from an 1890s market to a hardware store, grocery store, and even a twostory feed store. It was once the kind of smalltown theater where teens shared popcorn and maybe a first kiss in the balcony.

A tornado in 1994 nearly erased it, but decades later, owners Ken Arkwell and Ellen Clark stepped in with a vision: restore the space, honor its roots, and elevate it with stateoftheart design and technology. Building a sleep routine will regulate your bodys natural sleep rhythm and make it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep. One of the ways to start is to try go to bed at the same time each night and wake up at the same time each morning, even on weekends.

In addition, create a bedtime routine for yourself that includes winding down for 30 minutes before actual sleep. During this time, you can read a book, take a bath, or do something else that relaxes you and helps you transition from the busyness of the day to sleep.

Feed yourself well.

Eat healthily:

Its essential to fuel your body with nutritious foods to have the energy to take care of your kids and yourself. Make sure to eat breakfast every day, as this will give you sustained energy throughout the day.

Pete Davidson is going to be a dad, and he co-built a custom Honda Odyssey with Tony Angelo and the Stay Tuned Crew as a part of eBay's new "Built to Spec" series.

As a part of the new series, eBay pairs cultural figures, builders, and automotive enthusiasts to deck out custom rides using cars, parts, and accessories all sourced from eBay. For drive, he wanted something that was both practical, comfortable and more than a little cool. It is absolutely no surprise that he chose to deck out a custom minivan.

Im about to be a dad, so I figured it was time to drive something practical but not boring... Ive always used eBay to find just about anything, like classic TV memorabilia and sneakers, so of course thats where I found my van too.

Turning His Dream into Reality

For Davidson's next chapter, he chose a vehicle known for its comfort, performance and convenience for parents worldwide, the Honda Odyssey. He and eBay tapped Tony Angel and the Stay Tuned crew to source and build his dream combo. They added satin black wheels, new tires, raised it with a leveling kit, and added a power cold air intake and a valved muffler. They also brought the fun with a refrigerator and a vintage VHS player.
