In the second Wilton© Cake Decorating course, students will learn to create flowers and intermediate level borders using royal icing. Discover how to properly make royal icing at the correct consistency for eight different flower designs. Additionally, students will learn how to design a color palette, pipe royal icing appliques, and design a pattern for a cake. At the end of each session, students will create and store flowers they completed during class. Students will complete a cake during the final session. This course requires completion of Cake Decorating I. (Supply list provided at time of registration)
