‘Middle School Madness’ at the Frisco YMCA offers teens fun, fitness, and free time

(FRISCO, TX – Nov. 8, 2017) The Frisco YMCA has introduced a new and exciting youth program called Middle School Madness, in which sixth through eighth graders are enjoying monthly Saturday night celebrations complete with a DJ, theater room, concessions, and access to The Garage – the Frisco Y’s newest training facility.

Supervised by Certified CPR staff and volunteers, the program brings teens together to have fun, form new friendships, and take on fitness challenges in a safe and secure environment. Parents can take advantage of a night off as their kids are entertained and engaged.

Middle School Madness will be open from 8 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18; Dec. 16; Jan. 20; and Feb. 17. Admission is $10 for Frisco YMCA members and $15 for non-members. Register in advance at the Frisco YMCA, 3415 W. Main St., or at the door on the day of the event. Members must present membership card to scan to receive the discounted rate. Refreshments such as pizza, snacks, candy, and drinks will be sold at the concession stand.

Parents may pick up between 10 and 10:30 p.m. YMCA staff will escort your teen to your car in a car pool lane. With safety as a priority, staff members will volunteers will be located throughout the facility; and students in elementary and high school will not be permitted to attend.
