  The parade will begin at 10 a.m. in downtown Mesquite followed by the com
 munity celebration at 2 p.m. at the Mesquite Arts Center Concert Hall\, lo
 cated at 1527 North Galloway Ave. The community celebration will feature r
 emarks by various church pastors and community leaders\, dance and musical
  performances\, plus monologues. \nThe parade is open to businesses\, orga
 nizations and schools in the Mesquite and surrounding areas. The cost is $
